Return & Refund Policy
 
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve designed a simple and fair return process to make things right.
1. Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some products—such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, personalized items, and digital downloads—are non-returnable due to hygiene or legal restrictions. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
 
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • In the original box or packaging where applicable
3. How to Start a Return
Follow these steps to initiate your return:
  1. Log into your account and navigate to “My Orders”
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
  3. Provide the reason for return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  4. Print the prepaid return label (available for most countries in Europe, the Americas, and select regions) or follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Pack the item securely and affix the return label
  6. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Returns from within the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada are free when using our prepaid label.
  • For all other locations, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.
 
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
 
7. Exchanges
For a different size, color, or variant, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This approach ensures the fastest possible delivery of your desired item.
 
8. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are excluded from our standard return policy:
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
